Working on my definition of birding…
’A radical movement, often nihilistic, sometimes anarchic, that values birds and nature above all things. By default the culture/movement is in almost direct opposition with default culture (which largely processes nature into material), therefore is counter current/ rebellious. The rebellion is largely peaceful and purposeful and acts as if the self-assuming masters barely exist- the most crushing disrespect that can ever be delivered. Birding is one of the greatest forms of subversion that exists’ ?? ??
